Sarita, it's so great to have you on The Wylder West blog this week! Thank you for joining us! 

We've heard a bit about Christmas in Wylder and I think it's fair to say you've got most of us completely intrigued! This one is definitely going on my must-read list. 

Do you have any other published work?

I do have a backlist of published work. They span many genres including historical, contemporary, and even paranormal romance. 

Most are published with The Wild Rose Press but I do have a holiday book, The Christmas Bargain, with another publisher. 

Also, I have one independently published title, Regenerate. It is a seat-of-your-pants romantic thriller that includes secret agents, globe-trotting, and zombies. Yes, zombies!

I have two stories releasing with The Wild Rose Press Christmas Cookie Series. I loved writing for this series because it feels like the perfect way to close down the year, with some short romances to fill readers' hearts with love. A great way to welcome a new year, too! 

Snickerdoodle Snowmen released on November 3rd. 

Baker Kris Kringles sends snickerdoodles from North Pole, Alaska, across the globe, spreading holiday cheer like confetti. But she has a secret not dusted with sugar, and an incentive to speak with a slick journalist that isn't half-baked.

Reporter Santos Kloss hates Christmas. How could he not, with a name that makes him the butt of endless holiday jokes? He's got one last assignment to complete before he can begin a new chapter in his life, so he grits his teeth, grabs a parka, and heads to Christmas central.

Both expect the interview to be a snap, but a snowstorm, insistent sisters, and a little holiday magic have very different ideas! 


Her Sugar Cookie Heart releases on December 17th. 

Willie Sharpe and Liz Klein were high school sweethearts but their plans to marry in December 1940 are put on hold when war in Europe calls him away. When he returns to the States, he brings a French wife with him.

Twenty years later, Liz has learned to live with her broken heart. The respected New York artist has moved on. The only reminder of her past are the heart shaped cookies she has the local baker snap in half.

Then Willie shows up out of nowhere looking to rekindle their romance. Will it take Christmas magic for Liz to give him a second chance at love?

Take a Visit to The Wylder West

   Our Wylder West series has been a huge success! To date we have six stories published with lots more on the way!  They are as follows, starting with the most recent: Home in Wylder by Jane Lewis available January 17! To escape gossip about her disastrous engagement, Sarah Miller flees to Wylder, Wyoming where her aunt owns a dress shop.   But the danger she discovers in the wild west has her ready to board the next stagecoach out of town.  Daniel Taylor rescues a damsel in distress only to fall in love with her at first sight.     Welcome to Wylder!   When I first heard about The Wild Rose Press’s new series, Wylder West, I felt excited. There’s nothing like a submission call to get an author all worked up. And the idea of having a part in creating a fictional town set in the late 1880s Wyoming Territory really sparked my imagination. I had no idea, then, what Wylder, Wyoming might become. What happens when you gather a group of authors who love to write and let them lose in a fictional town? I’ll tell you what: storylines begin to burgeon. Characters of every description take shape.
