Virginia Barlow's Other Published Work

Virginia, it's so great to have you on The Wylder West blog this week! Thank you for joining us!

We've heard a bit about Wylder Bachelor and I think it's fair to say you've got most of us completely intrigued! This one is definitely going on my must-read list.

Do you have any other published work?

I have two other books The Wicked Sister and A Fallacious Seduction

A Fallacious Seduction excerpt:

"I know you remember. Quit playing games, Jenna and answer the question." He let the hammer down slow on his gun and put it back in its holster. "Tell me what I want to know and I won't hurt you." His voice was smooth as Tennessee whisky. It wrapped around her and settled in her stomach. His blue eyes gazed into hers, and Shanna nearly swooned on the spot. With his gun safely in its holster and no longer distracting her, she realized he was more than handsome. he was perfect.

Her mouth dried, and her palms started to sweat. She must have hit her head hard. She dropped her gaze and sucked in some air. She couldn't remember what she was saying. This is crazy! Who is this man! "I don't remember you because I don't know you." It was the truth. She would have remembered a man like him.

The man laughed.

Shanna turned away from the husky sound of his voice. It warmed her through. The last time a handsome man paid attention to her, she jumped in with her whole heart and both feet. She almost drowned. Best get some distance between her and the stranger before she did something she regretted.

The Wicked Sister excerpt:

She closed her eyes when she went over the edge and waited for the impact. It was not what she expected! She hit against a warm solid something that knocked the breath out of her. Two bands of steel clamped around her and held her still. She opened her eyes cautiously and found herself nose to nose with a very handsome man. Two dark blue eyes gazed intently into hers. Laughter crinkled the corners of his eyes. Locks of black hair fell across his broad forehead

"What did you catch, Val?" an amused male voice behind them asked the question.

Val was taking a heated inventory of the woman he held in his arms. He focused on the disarray of her hair, the fullness of her breasts, the narrowness of her waist, and then the soft pink lips so close to his own.  He pulled her close against him, amused and intrigued.

"I merely asked the gods for their favor on our hunt, and they dropped a goddess right into my arms." He tightened his hold about her waist and leaned in for a closer look.

Desire slammed into him like a battle-ax. He liked what he saw. This angel that dropped from the sky was beautiful with her long ebony hair, green eyes, and pert little nose.

Bewitching. He stared at her mouth so close to his and wondered if she tasted as good as she looked. He wanted this enchanting girl.
